Kelley has been with us as a veterinary technician since 1999 and is our practice manager. She has worked in the animal care field as a technician for over 20 years and originally hails from East Tennessee. She enjoys reading, horseback riding, the beach and raising two rambunctious boys and her beautiful little girl with her wonderful husband, Paul. They share their home with the family cat, Dumplin, two dogs Shelby, Lana and bearded dragon Lala.
Cathy has been a technician at the Winter Garden Animal Hospital since 1984 and has been in the animal care profession for over 26 years. She is the mother of two beautiful grown daughters and she shares her home with many pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, geese and even a few goats!
Tonia has been working at our practice since 2006 as our kennel manager and has become one of our technicians. Tonia’s hobbies include going to the beach, reading, finding new music and spending time with her wonderful husband and son. She has three dogs, Oscar, Moe Moe, Copper and three cats, Min Ernie, Bermuda and her three legged wonder cat Kit. Tonia plans to follow her interest in veterinary medicine.
Megan has practically grown up at the Winter Garden Animal Hospital! She worked her way from caring for pets in our kennel to now working the medical aspect as a technician. Megan loves riding her horses, listening to music, and the outdoors.
Cachet worked in the kennel after she graduated high school and then left the team to start a family and go to school. She has since returned and is now a technician. Cachet is interested in surgery and may work to get into Vet school in the future. At home, Cachet looks after her son, daughter and 3 furry kids.
Veterinary Technician & Inventory Manager
Lauren has been with WGAH since July of 2013, but has been working in veterinary clinics since 2003. She graduated with a Diploma of Excellence in the Veterinary Assistant Program at Florida Institute of Animal Arts in 2004, with a special interest in pharmacology & chemotherapy. She loves interacting with clients and studying veterinary medicine, with a special place in her heart for cats and ferrets. In her free time, Lauren enjoys comic books, special effects make-up, and spending time with her husband Ric and four cats.
Rebecca has always had a passion for animals, beginning with horses at a young age and now working with puppies and kittens on a daily basis. She will always hold a special place in her heart for all feisty feline friends. She enjoys reading books and collecting sea shells at the beach. When not at work she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and her cats Faith and Hiccup.
An animal lover all her life, Kelsey began volunteering in animal care right out of high school, which segued into a career as a vet tech. Although she enjoys spending time with all animals, Kelsey has a soft spot for cats - especially her three fur babies Alex, Piper, and Stella. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, movies, and adventuring in Orlando’s many theme parks. Kelsey is proud of her career and is looking forward to many more years helping animals as well as their owners.
For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion, or as some will call an obsession with animals, and I’m proud to say it’s a shared passion with my daughter. I have a soft spot in my heart for big dogs, and I’m proud to share our home with 17 amazing fur babies (Boss, Mia, Tank, Dexter, and Xena) just to name a few. But my love isn’t just for dogs, I love snakes, lizards and other exotics, and am proud to have a few of these amazing critters in my home as well. Being able to teach my daughter that all animals are amazing and to be respected is an honor and a privilege.
Having been an animal lover her whole life, Ashley began working at WGAH as a kennel tech. With the help of her amazing team, she learned all the skills she needed to become a compassionate veterinary technician. Ashley feels so fortunate to be able to spend her days helping animals. When she’s not busy cuddling her four kitties, she is usually finding new recipes to cook with her boyfriend or spending time with family and friends.
Amanda has been with us since August 2016 and has been working as a technician for several years. She is currently finishing up her AS degree at St. Petersburg College to become a certified technician. When not working Amanda enjoys music, arts, and crafts. She shares her home with her beta fish Jack, 2 cats Pheonix and Isis.
Kaycee started working at WGAH in August 2016. She has always loved animals since she was a little girl with a soft spot for dogs. Her ultimate goal is to work with large exotic animals. Kaycee currently shares her home with two dogs Dutchess and Phoenix and a cat named Jet. When she’s not planning her wedding to the love of her life she enjoys going to Disney and dog parks with her fur babies.
Donna comes to our practice after being an administrative assistant for over 30 years! Outside of work she enjoys reading, embroidery, and spending time with her 3 grandchildren, two of which were adopted from China, and one from Korea. Donna shares her home with 5 feline companions. Her future plans include retiring and living half of each year in Tennessee.
Jody has been with WGAH since August 2014, she has been in the veterinary field since 1988 and received her associate degree in Health Information Technology in 2008. Jody has worked in all areas of an animal hospital but currently enjoys the role of receptionist, which allows her to focus on client education. Jody shares her life with her husband and 4 dogs: Ghiana, Teeny, Star and Littles. In her down time she enjoys pet sitting.
Alex has been working at WGAH since 2015. He started working seasonal, balancing school and work, providing assistance on the busiest holidays. Once he graduated, he started working full time and has been with us ever since. On his free time he likes to build websites, read, music and running. Alex also shares his home with his dog Chloe and bearded dragon Citrus.
Jennifer joined out team in July of 2016, she graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring and minoring in both Chemistry & Music. With goals to become a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine herself, Jennifer plans to continue gaining experience in the veterinary field before pursuing the next step in her educational journey – vet school! Jennifer is originally from Scotland and has many hobbies including singing, DIY pinterest projects, traveling, fostering kittens, watching Jeopardy, reading scientific articles, playing the piano and guitar and taking her dogs - Mia, Yogi Bear & Bobby – to the beach.

Beatriz moved to central Florida from New York. She has always loved animals and looks out for their wellbeing while promoting for their best possible care. Beatriz shares her home with her husband, beautiful daughter and a miniature schnauzer, two parakeets and two sugar gliders.
Nikki Monts De Oca
Nikki joined WGAH in March of 2017. She has been a technician for 13 years and has worked for large nonprofit organizations as well as small private practices. During her 13 years she has worked with all types of animals form cats, dogs, birds, skunks and reptiles. Aside from her love for animals and veterinary medicine she is a proud mommy of three beautiful children.
